Glycerin Liquid, Vegetable

Vegetable Glycerin, USP occurs naturally when making soap. A humectant that draws moisture to itself.  Vegetable glycerin can be added to creams, lotions, bath salts and your other formulations to add additional moisturization. Use glycerin in moderation as it can be very sticky.

Glycerin was removed by major soap manufacturers and sold separately during war years for bomb production. Removing the glycerin it why store bought soap is hard, dry and cracks; doesn't moisturize your skin.
