Arnica Oil

Heterotheca inuloides, commonly known as Mexican Arnica, is a flower that has been used for its medicinal properties in North America for centuries. In place of the popular European herb Arnica montana, which may be harder to find, it can be infused in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and used in topical skin-care products for a soothing effect. Topically, Arnica Oil can be incorporated into tinctures, creams, ointments, compresses, and poultices.
