Mineral Makeup base powder. Select this titanium dioxide if you want a more opaque coverage. White, odorless powder pigment of crystalline structure with a high refractive index and great ability to reflect and scatter light. Also water resistant. Provides long-term UV-protection and is insoluble but dispersible in water and oils. It is approximately 15% stronger in tinting strength than the anatase crystal grades.
